Sells new and used vehicles while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include following dealership sales processes, using CRM systems, demonstrating vehicle products, maintaining customer follow-up, delivering vehicles, ensuring paperwork and feature understanding, reviewing inventory, attending training and sales meetings, and maintaining compliance, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Build and maintain AI applications, agents, automations, APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and secure integrations across dealership systems. Use multiple AI and development platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub, and Lovable, while managing version control, CI/CD, access security, governance, testing, and vendor evaluation. Develop connections among DMS, CRM, and data lake systems; troubleshoot workflows; monitor performance and ROI; and train nontechnical dealership staff on new tools.
