Own Salesforce DevOps strategy and Copado-based CI/CD pipelines, including environment management, release planning, Git branching, automated testing, quality gates, deployments, troubleshooting, security, and compliance. The role drives automation and standardization across multi-org environments, collaborates with development and QA teams, manages complex releases, and mentors junior DevOps engineers.

Support the General Manager to grow the company: build prospect lists and campaigns, join client calls, track commercial performance, develop partnerships, attend international trade shows and embassy events, and help structure the HubSpot CRM and dashboards.
