Hunter-focused regional sales engineer responsible for new account acquisition, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding existing customers across a Midwest territory. Use phone and email cadences, CRM tracking, and research tools to qualify leads and coordinate next actions with Application Engineers. Focus on $10k-$100k opportunities, maintain pipeline visibility, and meet metrics for conversions, recovered revenue, and outbound conversations.

Lead commercial strategy and execution for Jordan Valves and LowFlow product lines. Drive profitable growth through pricing, SKU/stock model definition, go-to-market plans, customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, profitability analysis, KPI tracking, and new product development. Mentor junior staff and coordinate quotes, manufacturing feasibility, and problem-solving across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service. Travel up to 30%.
