Drive foodservice sales growth and market share across California, Nevada, and Arizona. Manage distributor, operator, institutional, broker, and end-user relationships; secure new business; execute regional sales plans; support broker partners; monitor competition; forecast performance; manage trade spend; and collaborate cross-functionally. The role requires extensive travel, customer presentations, industry event participation, and strong knowledge of foodservice distributors, GPOs, and multi-state account dynamics.

Oversee plant finance, including manufacturing cost analysis, inventory accuracy, overhead management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial controls. Partner with Operations to identify root causes, reduce waste, improve productivity, and drive corrective actions. Lead cross-functional improvement projects, department spend reviews, and financial acumen development across the site.
