Investigates suspected fraud, analyzes transaction and fraud alerts, monitors debit card and account activity, processes fraud-related exceptions and restrictions, supports branches and customers, identifies fraud trends, recommends risk controls, maintains case records and reports, and escalates complex investigations.

Supports retail banking deposit operations, including deposit accounts, debit cards, IRA/HSA accounts, time deposits, new account reviews, customer record maintenance, cash balancing, teller support, non-post items, savings bonds, compliance documentation, and operational issue resolution. The role also assists with process improvements, staff training, Video Teller operations, and regulatory compliance while maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Reconciles general ledger, subsidiary, and correspondent bank accounts; resolves discrepancies; processes accounts payable; analyzes and documents financial records; supports cash management, official check settlements, and CDARS transactions; prepares financial reports; and provides operational support to the accounting department while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Evaluate and validate owner-estimated property values for residential or commercial loans using comps, AVMs, BPOs, tax and market data. Identify valuation risks, document findings, support underwriting and collateral teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet SLAs for turnaround and quality.

Supervise daily deposit operations and support retail branches on deposit products, new accounts, account maintenance, and customer records. Oversee IRA/HSA, teller capture, ITM and video teller services; monitor balancing, resolve issues, ensure regulatory and BSA/AML compliance, develop procedures and training, and implement process improvements.
