Build and lead Tergar Schools’ major-donor fundraising function. Develop a strategy to secure at least $600,000 in recurring annual operating support and advance a $3.9 million capital campaign. Personally cultivate and close a portfolio of at least 50 major-donor prospects, manage foundation relationships, maintain CRM records, support executive and board fundraising, shape donor messaging, and supervise the Community Giving & Events Manager.
