Own and grow a portfolio of US Famly customers through onboarding, regular check-ins and QBRs, driving adoption, identifying renewal and expansion opportunities, and handling high-urgency account issues while feeding customer insights back to product and processes.

Build and own US new-business pipeline through outbound prospecting, shadow sales calls, and progress into running full-cycle deals from first outreach through close. Manage and grow a personal book of business, contribute to pricing/positioning, and help create scalable go-to-market playbooks while working primarily onsite in Rosslyn, Arlington, VA.
