Manages all operations for an active senior living community, including staff leadership, resident satisfaction, leasing and file compliance, accounting, rent collection, reporting, office administration, property security, and adherence to LIHTC, Fair Housing, ADA, and other applicable regulations. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, resident and family communication, budgeting, billing, payroll, compliance, sales, recruiting, events, and operational projects. The role works closely with community leadership and prepares candidates for future positions such as Executive Director, Business Office Manager, or Operations Leader.
