Paid six-month Sales-in-Training program to learn the senior living sales cycle through hands-on experience, mentorship, outbound outreach, tours, referral development, CRM documentation, move-in coordination, and community marketing. Graduates transition into Sales Counselor roles within the Dallas-Fort Worth or Houston region.

Lead sales performance across a portfolio of senior living communities to drive occupancy, revenue, and team effectiveness. Coach and develop community sales leaders, enforce Prospect-Centered Selling and CRM usage, analyze market data, manage forecasting and incentives, support openings and transitions, and travel frequently to provide hands-on support and ensure consistent execution of sales processes region-wide.

Lead regional sales across multiple senior living communities to drive occupancy, revenue, and sales team performance. Coach and develop community sales leaders, implement Prospect-Centered Selling, ensure consistent CRM usage, analyze market trends, and support openings or coverage as needed. Own forecasting, incentive programs, and cross-functional alignment with operations to meet targets.

Participate in a training program to support daily community operations, assisting the Executive Director and Business Office Manager. Learn departmental management, HR and payroll tasks, resident relations, sales and marketing support, and financial oversight including accounts receivable and collections. Prepare to transition into a Business Office Manager or Executive Director role.

Participate in a six-month paid training program learning the full senior living sales process. Support outreach, tours, lead follow-up, referral development, move-in coordination, CRM documentation, market research, and community events while receiving mentorship and progressive responsibility toward placement as a Sales Counselor.
