Leads frame repair support by resolving escalated customer inquiries, coaching and training repair technicians, reviewing repair quality, and supporting department performance goals. Acts as the first point of contact for employee questions, provides feedback on customer interactions and repairs, supports quality and turnaround standards, and recommends process improvements. The role also handles repair-related customer service calls and contributes to employee reviews.

Designs and delivers blended learning, onboarding, product, optical, and continuing education programs for sales teams and retail partners. Develops instructional content, supports product launches and technical marketing campaigns, manages training initiatives, coordinates schedules and LMS content, provides product support, and evaluates program effectiveness. The role facilitates seminars, workshops, webinars, and in-person events across North America, requiring collaboration with subject matter experts, marketing, sales, vendors, and external partners.

Provide profitability-focused financial analysis and reporting. Design tools and reports, analyze selling prices, gross-to-net, product costs and FX impacts, support budgeting and forecasting, produce monthly/quarterly reports, reconcile data, build ad-hoc analyses, and support finance team and management with actionable insights.

Responsible for global tax compliance, reporting, planning, and accounting across income, sales/use, VAT/GST, franchise, and property taxes. Prepare federal tax computations, manage tax filings and reconciliations, support audits, liaise with outsourced providers, assist with transfer pricing and tax software/ERP implementations, perform tax research, and drive process improvements.
