Supports Care Center administrative operations across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, payroll, employee records, and client and caregiver communications. Coordinates hiring paperwork, background checks, training, scheduling, timesheet and payroll issue resolution, audits, and regulatory compliance. Provides customer service to field staff, caregivers, clients, and families while performing general office support and maintaining accurate electronic records.

Drive referral growth and client admissions through community outreach, relationship development, territory marketing, in-home assessments, presentations, and CRM management. Serve as liaison with hospitals, referral partners, clients, and families to guide intake, ensure documentation, collaborate with internal teams, and meet KPIs for admissions, revenue, and retention.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. Partner with hiring managers, represent the organization at hiring events, maintain ATS records, coordinate background and credential checks, ensure I-9/E-Verify compliance, and support recruiting projects and process improvements.
