Provide legal counsel on all IP matters across Balchem's three business segments. Manage patent and trademark portfolios, prosecute applications, conduct FTO analyses, handle IP disputes, lead IP due diligence for M&A, work with R&D and cross-functional partners, manage outside counsel and an IP paralegal, and deliver IP training as needed. Hybrid role based at Montvale, NJ.

Lead end-to-end execution of complex capital projects for food and ingredient manufacturing: feasibility, scope, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce safety and quality, manage contractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and drive process improvements to enhance reliability, capacity, and compliance.

Provide corporate legal and administrative support including corporate governance and entity maintenance, board-related administrative tasks, insurance information gathering, compliance training administration, legal research, document preparation, and general support for attorneys. Maintain corporate records, assist with filings, liaise with internal and outside counsel, and ensure accurate legal calendaring and recordkeeping.

Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability), manage enrollments and vendor relationships, ensure compliance (ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA), support employees with benefits questions, coordinate open enrollment, maintain benefits data and reporting, and assist with program design and audits.

Lead enterprise AI and digital transformation strategy across functions and business segments. Develop AI vision, prioritize and manage product lifecycles, drive use-case development and ROI analysis, oversee adoption and change management, ensure AI risk/compliance governance, and measure performance against KPIs.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to multiple senior leaders: manage complex calendars and high-volume inboxes, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare presentations and reports, support board matters and compliance training administration, plan meetings and events, process expenses and invoices, and serve as backup to CEO/CFO executive assistants and corporate paralegal.
