Supports the Education Department by coordinating employee onboarding, scheduling training classes, maintaining education and Learning Management System records, verifying employee documentation, assisting customers, and facilitating American Heart Association BLS classes. The role also helps ensure required employee education records are accurate and up to date across Mountain View Hospital and Idaho Falls Community Hospital.

Provides first-line technical support to enterprise end users in a 24/7 help desk environment. Responds to work orders, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, maintains equipment, and supports Microsoft technologies, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory. The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, prioritization, systematic troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently across day or night shifts.
