Manage daily fuel supply and logistics for retail and wholesale customers, including inventory reconciliation, delivery scheduling, supplier and carrier coordination, cost and pricing analysis, ERP/PDI data accuracy, and executive reporting. Support nightly supply sourcing rotation, prepare analytics and presentations, and assist with special projects to ensure efficient, cost-effective fuel operations.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for company operating locations: source, screen, interview, reference and background checks, extend offers, onboard new hires, maintain candidate pools, report on openings, and support onsite hiring events.
