Serve as final pre-execution auditor for regional commercial contracts while independently generating and qualifying B2B pipeline. Audit quotes in CRM, enforce pricing/compliance/margin standards, reject nonconforming deals, remediate with sales teams, and coordinate handoffs to regional processing and operations.

Partner with field and corporate leaders to implement HR strategy across multiple locations: oversee recruiting, compensation/job analysis, performance management, benefits and HRIS recordkeeping, training, investigations, union relations, employee engagement, acquisitions support, and supervise 1–3 HR staff with ~30% regional travel.

Drive new and aftermarket equipment sales across an assigned territory by identifying prospects, delivering sales presentations, maintaining customer records, collaborating with branch and marketing teams, and ensuring post-sale support to grow market share and profitability.

Identify and qualify leads for material handling equipment and service contracts using omnichannel outreach. Maintain pipelines in SugarCRM, set meetings for Territory Managers, meet lead and transactional quotas, and collaborate with sales and branch teams to increase sales and market awareness.
