Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices, physicians, and community partners to increase patient referrals and practice awareness. Conduct office visits, referral calls, follow-ups, events, and outreach initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing referral and marketing performance data, building referral relationships, managing community outreach, planning budgets, optimizing localized digital advertising, tracking campaign ROI, and reporting results. The role partners with practice and regional leadership to establish growth benchmarks, improve referral conversions, scale best practices, and drive accountability across multiple markets.
