Coordinate outreach and promotional activities to grow patient referrals, manage website and social media content, plan and support events, track referral data and expenses, perform field visits to referring offices, and assist with front-desk and administrative tasks.

Analyze and report HR data (compensation, benefits, turnover, headcount) to inform leadership. Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations. Support compensation and benefits administration and benchmarking. Maintain and optimize HRIS and HR data integrity, assist system enhancements and testing. Conduct compliance audits and prepare documentation to ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.

Perform weekly reconciliations of Practice Management collections to bank deposits, record journal entries and reconcile corporate and practice bank accounts in NetSuite. Support ad-hoc reporting, audits, and month/quarter/year-end close. Communicate variances, maintain reconciliation workbooks, and assist the Accounting Manager and billing team as needed.

Plan employee engagement activities and produce reports to support practice growth.

Support month-end close activities including AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, fixed asset and lease module support, and audit assistance. Prepare schedules, ad hoc reports, and assist with accounting transitions for new practices.
