Leads daily uniform department operations, including inventory management, issuance, fittings, exchanges, returns, alterations coordination, recordkeeping, and internal customer service. Provides direction, training, and coaching to Uniforms Associates; communicates with HR, tailors, vendors, and property departments; identifies uniform needs; supports ordering, audits, process improvements, onboarding, and program changes. Maintains organized, safe work areas and escalates employee-relations or operational concerns appropriately.

Designs, coordinates, delivers, and audits training programs for casino resort team members and tribal business entities. Maintains training records, develops curricula, schedules mandatory and external training, supports departmental trainers, conducts skills audits, and ensures training meets organizational objectives. The role requires strong communication, organization, project management, computer application, and curriculum development skills, along with flexibility to work varied shifts and obtain required gaming and driving credentials.
