Drives continuous improvement across fabrication and assembly processes to improve quality, efficiency, throughput, and plant performance. Oversee Pontiac shipping operations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, warehouse performance, and compliant shipping documentation. Coordinate with production, sales, customer service, and purchasing teams; develop workflows, schedules, and employee training; investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Maintain safe, organized warehouse operations in compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements.
