Manages calendars, inboxes, travel, expenses, client lists, presentations, and cross-departmental projects. The role requires contemporary art knowledge, strong communication and writing skills, discretion, organization, prioritization, and 2–3 years of gallery assistant or administrative experience.

Supports the Chief Operating Officer with global gallery operations, focusing on contracts, legal matters, insurance policies, renewals, leases, and specialized business terms. Coordinates with sales, registration, finance, internal departments, and external counsel; reviews legal documents, maintains schedules, ensures policy compliance, and assists with special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, contract analysis, and ideally art industry or fine arts insurance experience.

Supports a Senior Director with gallery sales, artist and client communications, exhibition and inventory coordination, offers, invoices, consignments, contracts, valuations, presentations, scheduling, travel planning, expenses, and inbox management. The role requires strong writing, organization, discretion, contemporary art knowledge, and experience supporting gallery leadership and managing client-facing sales activities.
