Manage and create social content for David Zwirner and David Zwirner Books across channels. Produce and edit short-form video, maintain a master content calendar in Notion, coordinate assets and approvals, publish and schedule posts, support community management, track performance, liaise with cross-functional teams and paid social, and drive ideation and influencer relationships to grow brand awareness.

Support the Sales Team and Front Desk with administrative and exhibition tasks: assist gallery openings and events, serve as gallery attendant, handle shipping/receiving and client materials, maintain supplies and internal documents, and support client viewings and mailings.

Support gallery front-of-house, sales, registration, marketing/press, and operations: greet visitors, field calls, manage supplies, assist shipping/receiving, prepare printed materials, aid data entry and exhibition assembly, and support events and openings. Internship runs mid-September to end of March with varying weekly schedules and occasional evening hours.

Support the Digital Content team by building and maintaining site content, troubleshooting with Web teams, assisting podcast pre/post-production, compiling analytics, conducting research, and working on ad hoc site optimization projects.

Support the Director of Prints & Editions with consignment and publishing contracts, liaison work between sales, operations, and warehouse, budget tracking, exhibition research, secondary-market requests, e-commerce post-sale processes, print fair participation, and general administrative and project coordination for prints inventory and exhibitions.

Support the Research & Exhibitions team with cataloguing and provenance research, compiling comparables, assisting on exhibition research, writing brief contextual texts, maintaining artist documentation and the gallery reference library. Perform administrative and archival tasks to support exhibitions and artist records over a paid seasonal internship.

Provide administrative and sales support to a Director at David Zwirner LA: manage inventory and consignment processes, prepare offers, contracts, appraisals, client presentations, schedule and travel, organize communications, and support viewings and exhibitions.

Support the Museum & Institutional Partnerships team with research, data entry, and database maintenance. Gather information on third-party exhibitions, update reference documents, and coordinate with marketing, research, and artist management. Handle proprietary client information with discretion and maintain accurate, detailed records.

Support the Events team in venue research, event logistics, RSVP/client outreach via internal CRM, asset organization, and assist with in-gallery and private events. Maintain event records and help set up events; occasional light lifting required. Internship runs Aug–Dec, part-time with evening events.

Support the Art Fair team by assisting with building art fair booths and scale models, creating and printing wall labels, packing and unpacking supplies, maintaining organization of materials, and completing ad hoc projects to support gallery participation in global fairs.
