Support systems engineering across the full lifecycle for classified aerospace/defense programs: requirements decomposition, architecture, interface definition, integration and test, verification/validation, MBSE artifacts, coordination with software/test/cyber teams, and configuration-controlled delivery in Agile environments.

Design and execute test plans for legacy and modern command-and-control systems; troubleshoot integration issues; resolve defects; ensure compliance with best practices; and produce detailed documentation and test reports while collaborating with engineering teams.

Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and mission stakeholders; provide incident response, maintenance, hardware installation, and occasional after-hours/on-call support.

Design, implement, and support platform infrastructure and automated CI/CD pipelines for a large, mission-critical program. Integrate security and compliance, collaborate with development teams, and provide operational support, documentation, and baseline control.

Administer, build, secure, and maintain Red Hat Linux systems supporting mission-critical capabilities. Troubleshoot with developers and engineers, perform patching, RPM packaging, performance tuning, networking, LDAP user management, and security hardening. Provide onsite installation support, occasional travel, after-hours maintenance/on-call support, and assist hardware installations.
