Support day-to-day manufacturing operations, lead NPI activities, drive continuous improvement using Lean, analyze quality metrics and lead root-cause investigations, maintain process documentation and training, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost in an electro-mechanical assembly environment.

Support FP&A and cost accounting for Finelite: monthly close, data uploads (BPC/Planful), ERP data extraction/analysis, dashboards/KPIs, journal entries, inventory and cost variance analysis, reconciliations, internal controls, audit support, and process/SOP improvements in collaboration with operations and business leaders.

Lead pricing, forecasting, and demand-management to maximize profitable growth. Develop pricing strategies, analytics, and governance; own commercial forecasting, S&IOP, and cross-functional alignment to improve revenue predictability, profitability, and inventory decisions.

Provide onsite advanced technical support for Windows endpoints, servers, networks, OT and IoT devices at the Anaheim facility and remote global sites. Troubleshoot hardware/software, manage cybersecurity vulnerabilities, onboard new employees, maintain inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, install/configure software, and support manufacturing operations.

Design, develop, and transition consumer-focused furniture, mounts and AV accessories to production. Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs and ECOs; lead cross-functional teams; support marketing, sales and customers; produce test plans/reports; provide product training and technical support.

Design and apply Starline high-amperage busduct systems: produce system layouts, technical offers, and drawings; support sales/customers with estimation, compliance, troubleshooting, training, and project lifecycle coordination; collaborate with internal teams for assembly and field issue resolution.

Lead demand planning and S&OP processes, develop accurate forecasts using historical and sales inputs, optimize global inventory and supply plans, analyze data to drive decisions, collaborate across sales, procurement, and production, and ensure on-time customer commitments while improving working capital and reducing obsolete inventory.

Support assembly floor operations by identifying and implementing lean-driven process improvements, troubleshooting production issues, creating and maintaining manufacturing procedures, designing assembly fixtures and packaging, participating in DFM reviews, training personnel, and justifying capital expenditures to improve quality, repeatability, and productivity.
