Use HR data to inform decisions, support DEI and training programs, lead a small HR team, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Serve as on-site HR business partner for the Data Center Power and Control division. Manage employee relations, compliance with federal/state laws, workforce planning, performance management, onboarding, training, and lead HR initiatives. Coach managers, support talent acquisition, and manage direct reports to align HR activities with business goals.

Lead visual concepting and execute design across product launches, campaigns, web, print, events, and trade shows. Manage production, vendors, and cross-functional teams while applying UX/UI principles and generative AI to create cohesive brand systems and assets.

Plan, design, and optimize manufacturing processes and documentation for new product introductions and production. Resolve ERP BOM/routing issues, lead value-engineering and DFM initiatives, develop tooling/fixtures, recommend manufacturing technology, support contract manufacturers, drive Lean improvements, assist capital projects, and train entry-level engineers while addressing daily production issues cross-functionally.

Manage assigned customer accounts to minimize past-due balances through collections, dispute resolution, reconciliations, and credit management. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve payment and order issues, maintain documentation, identify high-risk accounts, and support process improvements across the order-to-cash cycle while preserving strong customer relationships.

Design and develop LED luminaires from concept through production using Solidworks and EPDM. Lead DFM/DFA improvements, prototype and test changes, create BOMs/ECNs/COGS, support custom modifications, coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and vendors, and prepare production documentation and drawings.

Support day-to-day manufacturing operations, lead NPI activities, drive continuous improvement using Lean, analyze quality metrics and lead root-cause investigations, maintain process documentation and training, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost in an electro-mechanical assembly environment.
