Provide HR business partnership and site leadership for a manufacturing location. Manage full life-cycle HR activities including employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, coaching managers, onboarding, and supervise direct reports. Lead global sourcing strategy for direct and indirect materials and outsourced manufacturing; build resilient supplier networks; drive cost, lead-time, and productivity improvements; own supplier governance, contracts, and NPD procurement readiness; partner cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity and CSR/ESG compliance.

Lead cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure manufacturability, pilot builds, process validation, supplier readiness, and on-time launches while mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement.

Manage and lead the Wiremold technical support team, handle product/application technical inquiries, maintain knowledge and self-service tools, provide training, support product design feedback, and improve support processes to meet customer and business objectives.

Lead cross-functional new product development programs from concept through commercialization and post-launch review. Develop and execute project plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders. Drive Stage-Gate reviews, launch readiness, portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement. Provide executive reporting and ensure projects meet customer, financial, quality, and schedule objectives.
