Lead and deliver Montage learning programs including new-hire MORES, 10-Day training, departmental and leadership classes. Develop curriculum, coordinate trainers, manage assessments and materials, coach managers and associates, and support learning program logistics.

Lead property HR functions for a resort: manage recruitment, compensation/benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy. Coach leaders, mentor HR team, support budgeting and translate business priorities into HR plans.

Manage daily People Department operations, mentor and train HR staff, lead onboarding and HR training, handle employee relations and investigations, administer benefits and leave (ADA, FMLA, USERRA), maintain HRIS/payroll reporting, and ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.

Drive membership growth and revenue for The Elwood Social Club through outreach, partnerships, events, and direct sales. Manage member intake, onboarding, account data in Peoplevine, pipelines, forecasting, and reporting. Build community relationships, execute member activations, maintain brand and customer service standards, and meet monthly and annual sales quotas.
