Manage all internal IT operations across multiple offices, overseeing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, network and VoIP performance, end-user support, security and compliance, MSP relationship, IT budgeting, equipment lifecycle, disaster recovery, and technology projects to align IT strategy with business goals.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, lead month-end and year-end close, prepare financial statements, supervise accounting staff, ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, support budgeting and cash management, analyze financial results, oversee tax filings, and drive process improvements and system implementations.
