Provide systems analysis and enterprise application support: gather/document requirements, configure/implement/maintain applications, develop and test code, support production systems, collaborate on agile teams, and communicate technical issues to stakeholders.

Develop and check complex 2D electrical and I&C engineering drawings (wiring, one-line/three-line, schematics, logic, conduit). Support multiple projects, perform field walkdowns, verify as-built conditions, interface with engineers, customers, and construction reps, and comply with nuclear plant access and safety requirements.

Lead instrumentation and controls design deliverables (instrument index, DCS/PLC and CEMS datasheets, I/O lists, process control narratives). Perform specifications, estimates, vendor evaluation, and technical problem solving. Supervise/mentor junior staff, maintain up-to-date I&C practices, and support field and office work using CAD and engineering software.

Lead I&C engineering for nuclear power plant upgrades and new builds: develop specifications, define I&C scope and architectures, select instruments and control valves, create design criteria, review designs, manage project budgets/schedules/quality, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes and NRC regulations.

Manage and maintain CPM project schedules across all project phases, perform schedule updates and quality checks, analyze resource needs and earned value, lead update meetings, monitor schedule health, and mentor junior schedulers while supporting reporting and schedule-integrity tasks.

Provide document control and administrative support for engineering projects: manage, log, review, and distribute documents; enforce naming/revision standards; track project assignments; communicate with clients/vendors; maintain EDMS and Microsoft Office files; assist with meeting preparation and general office equipment tasks.

Support project cost control by maintaining cost system data integrity, tracking earned value and actual costs, producing standard and ad hoc reports, performing analytics and contract/commercial analysis, and progressively taking on advanced analytics, coordination, and mentorship across Cost Representative I–III levels.

Administers and analyzes compensation programs, conducts market salary surveys, manages position data and salary grade assignments, supports merit and pay processes, advises managers on pay and incentive issues, and ensures compliance with compensation laws and policies.

Lead project controls functions (planning, cost, scheduling, change management) to provide timely cost, schedule, earned value, quantity tracking, forecasts and reports. Manage project controls staff, ensure compliance with SOPs/RBPs and contracts, support risk identification, and represent the project in client reviews and audits.

Lead and improve project support across a portfolio: manage deliverable tracking, documentation, closeouts, and coordination; enable Project Managers by owning routine execution tasks, status updates, and action trackers; implement tracking tools and processes; guide Project Support Specialists and balance immediate execution with longer-term process improvements.
