Provides administrative, documentation, meeting coordination, correspondence, and organizational support to project managers and engineering teams. Maintains electronic project files, prepares meeting materials, drafts standard documents, and completes assigned departmental tasks under close supervision while following established procedures and standards.

Supports project cost control by maintaining and validating cost system data, performing earned value, BOQ, forecasting, and contract analysis, and producing standard and ad hoc reports. The role collaborates cross-functionally, follows procedures, meets deadlines, and may mentor others. It requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, cost and earned value systems, Power BI, and P6, along with analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Design and analyze chemical process systems: produce PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, process simulations, and equipment datasheets. Size and rate pumps, vessels, exchangers, and relief systems; perform hydraulic and flare header analysis. Prepare instrument and line lists, process descriptions, and participate in HAZID/HAZOP reviews. Support projects as an individual contributor and present technical information to clients and peers.

Administer and analyze company compensation programs across locations: manage salary data, job matching, surveys, position management, salary administration (merit, promotions, adjustments), advise management on pay and incentive issues, and ensure legal compliance.

Perform cybersecurity implementation and assessment for power plant upgrades and new projects. Tasks include developing DA/CDA lists and assessments, conducting cyber security walkdowns and testing, preparing CSAT presentations, and creating specifications and design documents. Requires familiarity with nuclear codes, NRC regulations, configuration and testing of digital devices, and the ability to lead cyber work on nuclear projects. Travel to client sites and field/office work required.

Perform and lead nuclear power plant cyber security implementation and assessment activities: develop DA/CDA lists, CDA assessments, walkdowns, testing, CSAT presentations, specifications, design criteria, equipment selection, and digital device configuration. Work on project teams, ensure NRC regulations and industry codes/standards compliance, and provide cyber documentation for critical digital assets. Requires prior plant CSS qualification and ability to obtain/maintain unescorted plant access.

Design, specify, and integrate instrumentation and control systems for power and industrial projects. Develop I&C deliverables (I/O lists, loop diagrams, wiring, specs), support PLC/DCS/SCADA design, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, participate in HAZOPs and commissioning, and mentor junior engineers while supporting project execution.

Support cyber security implementation and assessment for nuclear power plant upgrades and projects. Develop DA/CDA lists and assessments, perform walkdowns, testing, and CSAT presentations. Prepare specifications and modification packages, define design scope and criteria, select equipment, configure and test digital devices, and collaborate with engineering teams under supervision. Must follow nuclear codes, standards, and NRC regulations.

Lead sourcing and contract lifecycle for medium-to-high criticality materials, equipment, and subcontracts. Lead small teams, support Project Procurement Manager, develop sourcing and negotiation strategies, evaluate bids, recommend awards, manage supplier relationships, and support contract administration throughout project phases.

Support project engineering and technical activities from conceptual design through construction and startup. Coordinate design deliverables across disciplines and offices, review drawings, manage project communications, track project performance (earned value, reporting, forecasting), prepare field trip reports and meeting minutes, and assist leads and PMs in planning, organization, and execution.
