Lead electrical design and execution for industrial/process projects. Create schematics, one-/three-line diagrams, lighting, grounding, and raceway designs; coordinate disciplines; support field verification, construction, commissioning, budgeting, and client meetings.

Manages engineering projects from proposal development and initial planning through design, construction drawings, completion, and closeout. Responsibilities include controlling scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, contracts, invoices, and client relationships; resolving project issues; preparing status reports; coordinating engineering teams; facilitating process improvements and training; and ensuring contractual and company requirements are met. Manage medium- and high-criticality sourcing events through the contract lifecycle: RFI/RFP creation, bidder evaluation, negotiations, award recommendations, contract administration, supplier relationship management, mentoring junior procurement staff, and supporting estimating and project procurement execution.

Lead a process engineering team to develop PFDs and P&IDs, size and specify equipment, perform hydraulic and relief/flare analyses, participate in HAZOP/LOPA, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, and support resourcing and project delivery for energy and chemical projects.

Design and develop instrumentation and control deliverables for industrial and power projects. Create instrument plans, loop and wiring diagrams, cable schedules, marshalling layouts, and P&IDs. Coordinate across disciplines, review vendor documentation, perform field walkdowns, support drawing updates, apply standards, assist with estimates/schedules, and mentor junior designers.

Develop electrical design deliverables (one-line diagrams, equipment and cable tray layouts, lighting/grounding, wiring diagrams, cable schedules) for industrial, power, renewable, and manufacturing projects using AutoCAD/MicroStation and 3D tools; coordinate with other disciplines, support field verification, ensure code compliance, maintain standards, and mentor junior designers.

Lead electrical design and execution for power/industrial projects, develop schematics, one-line/three-line diagrams, and grounding/lighting/raceway designs. Manage and maintain construction project schedules from RFQ through closeout. Develop project reports, lead schedule update meetings, perform schedule updates and resource distribution, analyze schedule health and resource requirements, support earned value tracking, conduct quality checks, and recommend corrective actions. The role also mentors junior schedulers and communicates schedule findings to project stakeholders.

Leads mechanical engineering activities for power, energy, refining, and chemical EPC projects. Responsibilities include managing schedules and budgets, specifying and evaluating process equipment, reviewing vendor documents, performing equipment and piping calculations, specifying piping materials, conducting field surveys, supervising engineers, mentoring staff, and supporting proposals and engineering standards.
