Lead contract manager on EPC/JV projects responsible for managing commercial risk, claims, change management, contractual notices, and client/JV interactions. Develop and implement commercial execution and risk mitigation strategies, support negotiations and settlements, coordinate PCNs and subcontract flow-downs, and provide regular updates to project leadership while collaborating with legal, procurement, accounting, and home office.

Design and produce electrical construction drawings (2D/3D) for power stations and industrial plants. Perform field verification, review vendor and discipline drawings, ensure NEC compliance, supervise and check lower-level designers, develop specifications, and provide client technical support.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of small-cap EPC programs. Oversee execution plans, schedules, staffing, subcontractor coordination, cost control, client relations, project inspections, and best-practice development across proposal through construction.

Manage engineering projects from planning through close-out, liaise with clients, monitor budget/schedule/scope, prepare proposals and status reports, resolve contractual issues, ensure contractual and safety compliance, and coordinate staff training and deliverables.

Provide document control and administrative support for engineering project teams: review and format documents, manage incoming/outgoing records, maintain records systems, track project assignments, support presentations, perform office administration (room/vehicle coordination, onboarding, supplies), and assist with document management tools and procedures.

Lead execution and delivery of mid-to-large capital process industry projects (> $100M TIC). Manage multi-discipline engineering teams, vendors, schedules, budgets, quality, client relationships, documentation, invoicing, change control, and commissioning. Recruit, coach staff, develop proposals, perform field walkdowns, and support business development. Office-based with field visits and occasional travel.

Develop and check electrical/instrumentation & controls 2D/3D drawings, perform occasional field walkdowns, coordinate with engineers and customers, oversee multi-discipline design projects, ensure compliance with codes/standards, and support plant modification packages. Must use CAD tools and maintain unescorted nuclear plant access.

Lead electrical design for large EPC/industrial projects including medium/low-voltage systems, substations, studies (short-circuit, coordination, arc‑flash, load‑flow), vendor evaluation, construction/commissioning support, and mentor junior engineers ensuring code compliance and safety.

Manage medium- and high-criticality sourcing events from RFI/RFP through award. Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies, evaluate proposals, write award recommendations, administer contracts and subcontracts, mentor junior procurement staff, maintain supplier relationships, and support project teams using procurement systems.

Coordinate engineering software license and contract lifecycles, act as vendor liaison, align stakeholders across Engineering/IT/Procurement, track usage metrics and renewals, and maintain records, dashboards, and forecasting to ensure uninterrupted software access.
