Leads Penske’s Customer Success function by developing strategy, enablement, adoption, retention, and expansion programs. Builds and manages the Customer Success team, drives customer outcomes and experience, optimizes customer journeys, reviews feedback, monitors KPIs, identifies product opportunities, and partners with Sales and cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives.

Coordinates branch administrative, financial, fleet, billing, accounts receivable, licensing, payroll, personnel records, and vendor-support processes. Leads the full post-sales lifecycle for Digital Fleet enterprise customers, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, expansion, and support. Builds and scales the Customer Success organization, processes, playbooks, health scoring, and engagement models. Owns customer and revenue outcomes such as NRR, GRR, customer lifetime value, and satisfaction while managing strategic accounts. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Support to improve customer outcomes and product decisions.

Leads customer data strategy, HubSpot CRM ownership, customer 360 data modeling, governance, SaaS metrics, dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights. Builds and manages a team of data and business analysts while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Legal, and IT. Establishes CRM operating models, reporting frameworks, data quality standards, workflow automation, and technology roadmaps to improve retention, expansion, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.

Leads the Oracle Fusion Technology Center of Excellence and enterprise transformation program. Oversees platform architecture, product delivery, governance, integrations, security, IAM, data enablement, CI/CD, testing, operations, vendor relationships, and business process redesign across Oracle Fusion domains. Builds high-performing teams, manages roadmaps and prioritization, drives adoption and standardization, reports to executives, and ensures secure, scalable, compliant, and reliable Oracle Fusion capabilities.

Coordinate shipment and inventory processes across warehouse/manufacturing sites. Track shipments, reconcile inventory, investigate and resolve discrepancies, generate reports, communicate with suppliers and internal teams, identify cost-savings, and support operational projects.

Lead design and implementation of hybrid and cloud-native networking for digital products. Architect resilient, secure, high-performance connectivity, drive infrastructure automation, observability, capacity planning, and cross-functional delivery. Partner with product, engineering, and enterprise IT for standards, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Supports enterprise leadership development initiatives through program delivery, instructional design, facilitation, learning technology and LMS administration. Creates training materials and eLearning modules, tracks completion data and learning metrics, assists with scheduling, conducts needs assessments, and collaborates with stakeholders on organizational capability projects. Facilitates interactive in-person and virtual training while partnering with talent development teams and operational groups.

Owns the annual business planning process across 800+ field locations and 150+ corporate departments. Coordinates milestones, process improvements, training, data uploads, validation, and issue resolution. Produces recurring and ad hoc financial reporting, including P&L summaries, tax summaries, forecasts, cost reports, and executive presentations. Partners with FP&A leadership to improve analysis methodologies, streamline processes, and increase forecasting accuracy.
