Trainee will learn Penske's sales and operations functions through training and mentoring, manage fleet inventory, generate leads, service customer accounts, drive company vehicles, maintain DOT driver qualifications, and support daily operations with emphasis on customer satisfaction and safety.

Entry-level trainee will learn sales and operations through training and mentoring, manage fleet productivity and profitability, generate leads and grow customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, handle DOT-regulated driver responsibilities, and support daily branch operations with opportunities for rapid advancement.

Provide technical support and act as liaison between Operations and support groups. Document process flows, generate and deliver customer reports/metrics, manage errors, support system implementations, and drive continuous improvement projects to support supply chain operations.

Manage local and national customer accounts, generate new business, oversee vehicle fleet operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and complete DOT-regulated driver qualifications. Participate in training and mentoring while working a flexible schedule and supporting district travel as needed.

Support branch operational efficiency by handling accounts receivable, fleet licensing and vendor coordination, payroll and personnel files, and process analysis using reporting systems. Provide customer service and guidance to support branch profitability and assist Branch and District Financial Managers with projects and problem resolution.
