Lead enterprise sourcing strategy and procurement processes, negotiate and manage multi-million-dollar supplier contracts, run RFP/RFQ and supplier evaluations, implement SRM and performance KPIs, drive cost savings and procurement technology improvements, and partner cross-functionally to ensure compliant, efficient acquisition of goods and services.

Support branch operations and financial performance through accounts receivable oversight, fleet coordination, process analysis (using Qlikview/AS400), personnel file/payroll processing, and customer service. Partner with Fleet and Financial Managers to resolve billing, citations, and process issues to improve profitability.

Entry-level trainee role to learn sales and operations across fleet management, customer solutions, and account development. Responsible for generating leads, managing vehicle inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting DOT driving and safety requirements. Includes training, travel within the district, background checks, and physical duties.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to corporate leaders, translating business goals into talent strategies. Lead workforce planning, HR analytics, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and enterprise HR programs. Consult with Penske Collision to design, deliver, and facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning programs. Create instructional materials and eLearning modules, operate learning technologies and LMS, track learning metrics, support program delivery and scheduling, and collaborate on talent development projects. Travel up to 20-25% required.
