Lead the real-time personalization roadmap and decisioning strategy for web and mobile. Translate member data and predictive insights into governed personalization capabilities, own experimentation and measurement frameworks, manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization relationships, and partner across Digital, Analytics, Data, and Engineering to deliver measurable, consent-aware personalized experiences.

Oversee vendor configuration and delivery of the Facets platform as liaison between IT and business. Provide Facets domain expertise, refine stories, approve designs, perform configuration and QA, write complex SQL against the Facets data model, lead troubleshooting/root-cause analysis, ensure traceability to performance metrics, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Serve as strategic advisor and execution partner to the VP of IT Applications, leading cross-functional planning, governance, budget and roadmap alignment, translating strategy into operating cadence, executive communications, KPIs, and decision forums to drive organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
