Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; analyze statements and KPIs; support monthly close and project teams; prepare reports and projections; research historical data, evaluate investments, ensure compliance, and coordinate long-term planning with the CFO and executive team.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR partner to regional and practice leaders across the employee lifecycle. Provide employee relations support, performance coaching, talent management, onboarding, HRIS/data analysis, compliance with employment law, compensation guidance, and drive engagement and operational HR excellence for West Coast practices.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close; prepare variance analysis, financial models, and reports; partner with operations and accounting to provide financial guidance and decision support for leadership.

Lead corporate accounting functions for a multi-entity, acquisitive dental platform: financial reporting, technical accounting, monthly close, internal controls, audit support, automation and process improvement, and cross-functional partnership to standardize policies and support integrations and acquisitions.
