Lead North American business development efforts for Grimshaw, conducting market research and intelligence, building relationships, developing pitches and campaigns, managing CRM and bid budgets, tracking pipeline and conversion metrics, and aligning BD initiatives across New York and Los Angeles studios to secure new work.

Embed in project teams to develop and implement computational design workflows, automate processes, support design exploration and analysis, integrate with BIM/sustainability/CGI teams, adopt emerging technologies (including Generative AI), deliver training and mentorship, and contribute to regional and firmwide design-technology initiatives.

Lead regional IT operations including infrastructure, networking, AV, backup/recovery, endpoint management, virtualization, and security. Manage IT team, vendor relationships, budgets, and incident response while aligning technology with business goals and ensuring compliance with industry frameworks.
