Manage client relationships for commercial services through regular site and tenant inspections, timely reporting, issue follow-up, payroll and budget assistance, supplies management, and continuous communication with Area Managers to ensure contracted services are met. Bilingual communication and occasional travel required.

Drive regional sales growth through market development, account expansion, proposal negotiation, and client relationship management. Use Salesforce for pipeline management, collaborate with operations, coach teams, and support service delivery while traveling frequently within the assigned region.

Manage and optimize a hybrid on-premises and Azure data platform, including SQL Server and Azure SQL. Design ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and enterprise data warehouse solutions. Partner with FP&A to deliver Power BI reporting and data models. Enforce data governance, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and monitor performance.

Provide administrative and HR/recruiting support including onboarding, new-hire orientation, payroll collection, safety training coordination, front-desk coverage, customer email and ticket management via Orange QC, supply ordering, and reporting to operations and customers.

Manage daily accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial statement preparation and analysis, process improvements, team supervision, and ensuring GAAP compliance across multiple business lines.
