Lead quality activities for laptops, main logic boards, and LCD assemblies: develop and maintain quality requirements, perform statistical and reject analysis, support new product transitions, implement continuous improvement, mentor staff, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Manage and deliver product transitions, strategic and new-technology implementation projects on time and under budget. Coordinate cross-site departments and partners, review metrics and SLAs, lead meetings and quarterly reviews, handle billing and finance coordination, support cost-reduction efforts, and contribute to process improvements and contract/SOW negotiations.

Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, general ledger, and financial statement preparation. Ensure accounting controls, support audits, provide financial analyses, develop policies and process improvements, and supervise and train accounting staff within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Lead NPI and continuous improvement projects to improve process readiness, quality, and efficiency. Develop standardized work, control plans, and documentation; analyze process data and present KPIs; lead Lean/5S/Six Sigma initiatives; collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and external stakeholders; ensure ISO 9001 compliance and mentor/coordinate personnel as needed.
