Manages Seattle accelerator programs for Enterprise AI and Healthcare startups, coordinating stakeholders, startup relationships, mentors, investors, events, workshops, budgets, travel, marketing materials, newsletters, and community engagement. Leads program execution from intake through evaluation, prepares startup reports, supports corporate business development and deal flow, and strengthens Plug and Play’s local technology ecosystem.

Supports talent acquisition through candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, job posting, candidate communication, and hiring manager coordination. Assists with maintaining job descriptions, confidential HR data, recruiting events, and HR special projects involving employee development and internal communications. Requires strong organization, discretion, collaboration, attention to detail, and interest in Human Resources or People Operations.

Manage sales and business development for the Energy vertical by identifying corporate prospects, conducting market research, presenting partnership proposals, closing membership contracts, and maintaining accurate CRM pipeline forecasts. The role requires strong energy and climate-tech interest, B2B partnership experience, excellent communication, strategic thinking, organization, and comfort working onsite in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Manage small to medium-sized events from concept through completion, including budgets, vendors, logistics, production schedules, exhibitors, speakers, startup meetings, and communications with government and defense stakeholders. Build local communities of startups, investors, and innovation leaders while coordinating programming and ensuring polished, brand-aligned event execution.

Supports corporate innovation customers, accelerator programs, and early-stage investments within the Brand & Retail vertical. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating startups, preparing investment proposals, managing corporate and ecosystem stakeholders, organizing accelerator programs, hosting dealflow sessions, building VC and startup relationships, and supporting customer growth initiatives.

Sources and evaluates early-stage aerospace and defense startups for investments, accelerator programs, and corporate partnerships. Conducts market, technology, competitive, and financial analysis; supports investment deal teams; mentors startups; builds investor and industry networks; evaluates pilot opportunities; and assists with accelerator events, corporate deal-flow sessions, and program management.

Drive sales and business development for Plug and Play’s Health & Life Sciences platform. Identify, research, engage, and secure corporate partners; develop proposals and presentations; close membership contracts; maintain partner relationships; represent the organization at industry events; monitor healthcare and life sciences trends; and provide accurate CRM pipeline reporting and forecasts.

Lead Plug and Play Princeton accelerator by building corporate partner pipeline, managing P&L, designing a 12-week curriculum, matching startups with partners, running events and networking, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and delivering partner reporting. Drive sales growth, ensure partner satisfaction, and support startup success through mentorship and deal-flow facilitation. In-person four days/week with occasional global travel.

Evaluate early-stage Enterprise AI startups through technical and market diligence, develop investment theses, engage corporate partners to validate needs, run architecture and scalability reviews, produce research and memos, and support sourcing, introductions, and thought leadership.

Support planning and execution of programs, events, and community engagement for startups and corporate partners; assist with business development, startup sourcing, outreach, reporting, and maintaining program operations.
