Manage 3–6 month accelerator programs including startup intake and exit, stakeholder relationship-building, business development, contract negotiation, event planning and execution, community engagement, marketing materials, and financial oversight. Drive corporate and startup participation, grow mentor/VC networks, collect feedback, and deliver program and startup performance reports.
