Provides systems engineering support for USMC fixed-site IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, operating systems, containers, and virtualized environments. Designs architectures, supports requirements and specifications, applies systems engineering and configuration management processes, and contributes to testing and integration. Collaborates with stakeholders, prepares client reports and presentations, and may supervise support staff. The hybrid Quantico role requires a current Secret clearance and 0–10% travel.

Protect and defend DoD information systems by performing vulnerability analysis, RMF/STIG compliance, incident response, documentation (POA&M, System Security Plan), ATO support, and use of automated tools (SCAP, Nessus, ACAS) to ensure policy compliance and system restoration.

Perform system-level hardware and software testing for USMC programs, maintain test plans/environments, conduct test readiness reviews, produce documentation and reports, troubleshoot with developers, manage test beds and support Linux/Windows systems, and assist test event scheduling.

Support prototype, design, production, and sustainment for DoD projects. Perform mechanical and electrical design and analysis, feasibility testing, prototype fabrication support, and prepare technical data packages while interacting with customers and peers.

Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure software data integrity. Design tools, data models, and algorithms for validation and accuracy. Produce reports with findings and recommendations.

Integrate and configure software baselines, develop and test hardware/software interfaces, define system design specs, manage release control and configuration, follow DoD RMF and cyber standards, provide documentation and client status reports, and support system installation, troubleshooting, and fleet-level SME tasks.

Design, develop, test, and maintain C++/Java software for signals analysis and C4ISR systems on Windows and Linux. Work in an Agile SCRUM team, manage releases/configuration, coordinate with users and government engineering teams, and produce status reports.
