Process weekly payrolls and manage benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records for two affiliated companies. Support compliance reporting, licensing, audits, and withholding/unemployment accounts. Manage multi-entity bookkeeping: AP/AR, deposits, reconciliations, monthly close, cash tracking, and financial reporting in QuickBooks Enterprise. Provide office operations support, vendor/tenant coordination, administrative tasks, and occasional property/tenant assistance. Work directly with executive leadership to maintain organized workflows and support operational projects.
