Provides operational and project management support for medical aesthetics clinics. Manages marketing implementation plans, SOPs, checklists, KPI tracking, system rollouts, training, and process improvements. Partners with clinic leaders, executives, and vendors to ensure timelines, compliance, and deliverables are met. Supports Zenoti, AesthetixCRM, and other clinic systems while coordinating marketing, technology, clinical, and facilities-related initiatives.

Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads and inquiries, convert prospects into booked appointments, coordinate scheduling across multiple med spa locations, document client interactions, track sales activity and conversion metrics, and support promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and appointment reminders. Collaborate with clinic and front desk teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.

Lead operational and strategic management of a $20M, five-clinic portfolio in Los Angeles. Own P&L, coach Clinic Managers, drive integrations (Zenoti EMR), implement SOPs, manage vendors, ensure compliance, support growth and post-acquisition integrations, and train junior operations staff. Must be LA-based, onsite 3-4 days weekly, and fluent in Mandarin.
