Lead and oversee accounting and finance operations across three nonprofit entities, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll coordination, donation stewardship via Salesforce, cash and investment management, budgeting, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial reporting to leadership and the Board. Supervise and develop the Business & Finance team to ensure accurate, compliant, and mission-aligned fiscal stewardship.
