Provide accounting and administrative support for the dealership: reconcile vendor statements, process payables and payoff checks, resolve invoice discrepancies, maintain vendor and vehicle/title records, prepare and submit DMV/title/tax documents, and assist office management. Cross-train staff, attend required trainings, and maintain professional appearance and customer service.

Prepare accounting statements and reports; review and verify journal entries and classifications; manage accounts payable from invoice receipt to payment; reconcile invoices with purchase orders; ensure timely vendor payments; coordinate accounting matters with other departments; use computers to input and retrieve accounting information.
