Owns enterprise information governance and cybersecurity assurance, including Microsoft 365 content lifecycle, data classification, records retention, risk registers, control testing, compliance evidence, third-party risk, AI governance, policy, GRC platforms, and Microsoft Purview. Partners with Legal and external auditors on privacy, records, disclosure, and compliance obligations.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and business decision support. Partners with Finance and operational leaders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements. Develops financial presentations, improves reporting processes, automates recurring analysis, and supports Finance transformation initiatives.

Leads talent partnership strategy for global consumer brands, advising senior clients and managing high-profile celebrity, creator, athlete, and entertainment partnerships. Oversees sourcing, negotiation, usage rights, activation, measurement, account growth, new business, financial planning, and cross-functional delivery. Builds entertainment-industry relationships, mentors teams, and evolves the organization’s talent partnership offering. Requires substantial entertainment marketing experience, executive client leadership, commercial acumen, dealmaking expertise, and knowledge of SAG agreements.

Provides administrative and booking support for fashion and beauty artists, including estimates, deal memos, calendar updates, call sheets, travel coordination, billing, job wrapping, database maintenance, incoming calls, and client-facing requests.
