Software Engineering Intern supporting Fervo Energy’s Strategy and AI team. Responsibilities include building internal tools and applications, integrating AI models and data pipelines, developing dashboards, APIs, and automation, writing tested production code, participating in reviews, and troubleshooting across the stack. Develop alternate suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage tariffs and domestic content requirements, partner with Engineering on specifications, oversee supplier performance, and coordinate with Logistics and Expediting to protect delivery schedules for geothermal projects.

Leads sourcing strategy and commercial execution for geothermal completions services, including frac, wireline, snubbing, workover, flowback, water, and proppant. Develops supplier strategies, negotiates contracts and call-off agreements, qualifies backup vendors, confirms capacity and mobilization readiness, manages supplier performance, and partners with Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and field teams to mitigate availability and execution risks.

Coordinate high-volume virtual and onsite interviews across teams, locations, time zones, and seniority levels. Manage calendars, candidate communications, interview logistics, job postings, ATS records, and confidential information. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and administrative staff to maintain efficient hiring processes. Identify scheduling or communication issues, support recruiting events and projects, and help deliver a seamless, welcoming candidate experience in a fast-paced 12-month contract role.

Design, build, and operate an Azure-native platform using IaC (Terraform/Bicep), GitHub Actions, and GitOps. Automate Linux and Windows configuration (Ansible, Intune/Group Policy), create self-service golden paths, maintain baseline images, and ensure observability and compliance (SOX ITGC, NERC CIP) with policy-as-code and secrets management.

Design and evolve enterprise, cloud, hybrid, WAN/SD-WAN, and site network architecture with deep Fortinet expertise. Own standards, produce reference architectures, automate provisioning via CI/CD, support deployments and incident resolution, integrate Fortinet IT networks with Cisco OT, and mentor engineers while ensuring security, reliability, and operational readiness.

Two-year rotational program for early-career attorneys completing legal rotations across commercial contracts, construction, corporate governance, finance, regulatory, land, power markets, litigation, and compliance.
