Lead I&C design and standardization for 50 MW geothermal power blocks: develop control philosophies, PLC code, Ignition SCADA applications, I&C drawings, instrument selection, network configuration, and support construction, commissioning, HAZOPs, and field troubleshooting while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for drilling and completions. Build and coach a category team, develop sourcing strategy, negotiate high‑value contracts, drive cost savings, manage supplier performance, and deliver analytics and governance supporting field execution.

Support management and administration of Fervo's capital facilities portfolio, including project finance debt, tax equity, project-level equity, and corporate debt. Execute loan draws, compliance tracking, lender and investor communications, and JV governance. Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Treasury, Accounting, Engineering, and Asset Management. Help build portfolio management practices, documentation, and platform improvements to optimize capital deployment across construction and operations.

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and real-time data pipelines on Databricks/Azure, implement medallion architecture with Delta Lake, ensure data quality and governance via Unity Catalog, support CI/CD and production operations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready datasets for BI and ML use cases.
