Lead enterprise-scale building automation system design, deployment, and management focused on Niagara 4. Develop technical strategy, program scalable Niagara supervisors and visualizations, manage enterprise Niagara networks, troubleshoot BAS communications (BACnet/IP and MS/TP), coordinate with clients and third-party integrators, and support analytics and optimization across portfolios with minimal field work.

Lead planning and scheduling for multiple commercial construction projects: create and review baseline schedules, monitor updates, analyze impacts, perform Time Impact Analyses, cost and manpower load schedules, use analytics to report trends, support bid schedules, deliver planning/scheduling training, and travel to project sites while advising operations and stakeholders.

Designs, develops, and maintains low-voltage communications systems (CCTV, access control, AV, telephone, fiber/copper, SCADA, passenger information). Performs field surveys, produces design documents, reviews shop drawings, coordinates with clients/subcontractors, provides technical guidance, supports technical manuals and training, and contributes to project delivery and quality control.

Lead design, review, and field coordination for Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS). Perform site surveys, material takeoffs, structural analysis, final OCS structure design, RFIs, fabrication coordination, installation issue resolution, cost notifications, weekly project updates, closeout deliverables, and engineering estimates.

Lead enterprise analytics lifecycle: gather executive requirements, design data architecture and Snowflake models, build automated Power BI reports using DAX/Power Query, deliver advanced project and supply-chain analytics, mentor junior developers, and establish BI governance and standards. Onsite in McLean, VA with occasional travel to construction sites.

Lead architecture and governance of the enterprise data platform, designing a unified data foundation across Snowflake, Databricks, OneLake and cloud services. Drive complex integrations, cross-platform governance, data cataloging, platform modernization, scalability and stability, and enable self-serve analytics and AI/ML for 5,000+ users.

Serve as primary financial liaison for construction projects ($1M–$100M). Manage project accounting, requisitions, payroll, purchasing, forecasting, cost reporting, cash flow, change order reconciliation, contract administration, KPI monitoring, project closeout, and stakeholder coordination. Support audits, lead/train project team members, and ensure compliance and process improvements while occasionally visiting construction sites.
