Support the bid and buyout process by preparing and reviewing subcontracts, inputting and maintaining budgets, coordinating with purchasing and project teams, and interfacing with senior management, Risk Management, Legal, and central business partners to ensure contracts align with company standards and mitigate risk.

Lead day-to-day management of advanced manufacturing construction projects: create and maintain project plans, manage contracts, procurement, schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communication. Supervise and develop project teams, ensure safety and permit/insurance compliance, produce status and close-out documentation, and support business development and recruiting.

Lead preparation and analysis of incurred cost submissions and forward pricing proposals; analyze transactional allowability/allocability under FAR/CAS/TINA; develop estimating narratives; monitor indirect rates; collaborate with cross-functional teams; interface with clients and auditors; advise on contract negotiations and accounting impacts.

Provide full-spectrum HR services including strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and organizational development. Advise managers, drive HR initiatives, improve policies/processes, and support employee engagement and coaching.

Process high volumes of invoices and credit memos, resolve PO/vendor/payment discrepancies, manage AP inbox and vendor inquiries, administer daily check disbursements, handle exception and hold investigations, and support AP projects to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

Serve as the primary financial liaison for construction projects. Manage project accounting, payroll, subcontractor requisitions, cost reporting, cash-flow forecasting, change order reconciliation, contract administration, KPI monitoring, and project closeout. Provide leadership, drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support proposals and stakeholder relationships on active construction sites.

Manage technical and engineering aspects of construction projects: coordinate clients, trade partners, architects and staff; handle submittals, schedules, procurement, change orders, material deliveries, document management, project closeout, training, and cost takeoffs to ensure accuracy, resource alignment, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Corporate and External Affairs Group: manage schedules and workflows, serve as trusted contact for stakeholders, coordinate events/meetings/travel, monitor departmental budgeting, drive operational improvements using AI tools, and lead special projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Administer and optimize the Procore platform: implement/configure projects, integrate with other systems, provide user support and training, maintain system performance and data integrity, develop processes and reports, manage access and compliance, and collaborate with project teams to improve workflows.

Lead HR delivery and partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, leadership development, coaching, compensation alignment, training coordination, and process improvements. Provide advice on performance issues, drive engagement programs, and support organizational development while ensuring HR policies and systems meet business needs.
