Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts: draft pleadings and dispositive motions, conduct legal research, oversee discovery and e-discovery, take and defend depositions, and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials while collaborating with clients and teams and managing multiple matters.

Handle a diverse docket of bodily-injury defense matters (general liability, premises, construction, product, auto/transportation, gig-economy). Independently manage cases from inception through trial, develop strategies, draft pleadings and motions, communicate with clients, evaluate liability/damages, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with partners and support staff.

Provide insurance coverage and coverage litigation representation for insurers: draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and coverage opinions; handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances; advise clients on coverage issues; collaborate across offices and communicate case developments to clients.

Provide strategic litigation discovery and investigation support: identify discovery issues, collaborate with inside and outside counsel, craft tailored discovery responses aligned with national strategies, and improve discovery processes in a fast-paced environment.

Manage a diverse civil defense litigation caseload—from intake through trial—handling strategy, motions, discovery, client communication, settlement negotiations, and collaborating with firm teams on general liability, premises, product, construction, and auto/transportation matters.
