Manage and litigate general liability matters including commercial litigation, product and professional liability, toxic torts, and catastrophic personal injury. Lead defense strategy, handle depositions and motions, appear at hearings/trials, manage caseloads, collaborate with attorneys and paralegals, and communicate status to clients.

Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts: draft pleadings and dispositive motions, conduct legal research, oversee e-discovery, handle discovery and depositions, represent clients in hearings and mediations, and collaborate with clients and experts to develop strategy while managing multiple matters.
