Provide front-line library customer service: manage member accounts, check materials in/out, assist patrons with computers, online resources, and basic reference requests; support shelving, programs, branch opening/closing, and building security.

Lead development and execution of an inclusive community engagement and fundraising strategy. Build relationships with donors, partners, elected officials, and stakeholders; serve as spokesperson; plan events and produce fundraising and advocacy content; supervise staff, manage donor-related budgets, and provide input on marketing and fundraising plans. Prepare reports and represent the library in the community.
