Leads contract administration and project billing operations, including assignment distribution, complex billing reviews, pay applications, change orders, claims, audits, discrepancy resolution, and contract compliance. Provides technical guidance, training, mentoring, and onboarding for Billing Specialists; coordinates with Project Management, Accounting, leadership, and customers; monitors deadlines and documentation; escalates risks; and recommends process improvements. Supports assigned project billing, closeout activities, audits, and departmental initiatives.

Sell reinforcing steel by developing new business and maintaining contractor relationships within a territory. Qualify bid opportunities, coordinate with estimating and operations, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline/forecasts, and support projects from award through handoff while meeting sales, tonnage, and margin targets.
